Over the years, Corporate Research LLC has developed educational programs and seminars for groups of doctors who want learn how to supplement their malpractice insurance. We also conduct seminars for accountants, lawyers and other professionals who want to incorporate advanced asset protection planning into the services they offer their clients. Typically, our programs are certified for continuing professional education credits.

In our seminars, we share the complex considerations that must be made in drafting the terms and conditions of the legal documents that support our planning strategies. And we review applicable U.S. and foreign laws. We show how aggressive plaintiffs' lawyers try to break through asset protection structures and how to organize and design an asset protection plan to meet each challenge.
